SHIPPING POLICY

All orders require approximately 7 business days for production before shipping.

Once production is complete, estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days. Please allow approximately 12–14 business days total for your order to be produced and delivered.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Zarria Luxe Exchange does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds after an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your items, sizes, colors, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact Zarria Luxe Exchange promptly with your order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.

This policy applies except where a refund, return, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
